Pricing & Minimums

Each space will require a food and beverage minimum to be met prior to tax, gratuity and administrative fee. The food and beverage minimum vary based on space/room, date, hours

• All food and beverage is subject to 11.5% tax
• Gratuity is charged only at the host’s discretion
• All food and beverage is subject to 2% administrative fee prior to tax and gratuity
• Any unmet minimum is charged as a room fee to the bill

Extras

• Individuals must pay on their own, rates fluctuate
• Event coordinator may offer to add to bill, must apply to contract
